Nice hotel for a quick well priced weekend get away. Rooms have great views of the ocean and the beach is lovely. Hotel is a bit dated and has limited restaurant options but we had a lovey stay and great value for money
Location was a bit far ,which is fine in case of nice weather. Quiet relaxing place with alot of potentials and can be improved by adding more activities for different ages. Overall it was a good experience.
I wasn't expecting to find this resort in the middle of the dessert around 3 hrs drive from Dubai - but it was worth it The resort is very nice, the staff are friendly and welcoming and in general we had a very pleasant time and we spend a nice weekend we were planning to stay for 1 night but then we extended for another night I noticed that the F&B outlets weren't much successful - the food was average and I noticed that the same employees work in different shifts in different outlets even at the club - the employees grooming standards is remarkable, very neat, well dressed, well groomed and helpful. I noticed that the restaurants are not advertise and no one speaks about them in the resort. Upon check in no one explained what kind of restaurants there is - even in the room there is nothing to upsell the restaurants. The view from the rooms is breathtaking and I liked the idea that all the rooms are sea view which saves up on guests complaints and preferences. All the rooms need touch up paint, you can see all the wooden closets are full of scratches and need maintenance. The resort in general is well maintained and the landscaping is clean. I would recommend this resort to my friends and will plan to come back for sure.
Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. Condition of the room was very dated. The AC was too loud and couldn't be adjusted properly. I was not informed of any of the hotel amenities on arrival so was unsure if they even had a restaurant for dinner or breakfast. Hotel also charged me 100 aed for a taxi to the local refinery which was way over what I expected.
Nice place and way away from city, mostly for business users or those who wants the beach, the hotel is old but the new Chalet are awesome. Staff are friend and prices are acceptable. I would definitely go again
it was amazing stay, but to enhance the overall experience and increase the likelihood of repeating the visit I think the prices need to be less than the current prices. the provided slipper is very slippery and have very high potential of falling, a better quality must be provided.
The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool and beach were very nice and the we really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The dining area needs to be widened because you tend to bump into people when you go to the buffet area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
Very nice weekend stay in this spotless hotel. Good food and nice pool area. Hotel is a bit far away from other sights, but perfect for a weekend stay away from the city. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Recommendable!
Great Time in a Great place. Wish they extended the hours for the pool restaurant a few hours beyond sunset especially due to the hot weather during the day and its much nicer to sit outside after sunset.
The hotel is an older property which looks a bit tired outside, but without question the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a beach villa, which was a short walk from the beach. The beach service buzzers need refitting because they no longer work and no one comes to ask you for drinks. That's probably because the pool was so busy with everyone on a GroupOn offer like us and there were no beds available anywhere, so beach it was. The water is shallow for a long way out to sea, so that may suit younger children. Food was good and the bar area improved with a fabulous band, who could sing any song you requested. One lovely thing was that my car was washed during my stay and I couldn't find out who did it. Rack rate certainly doesn't feel justified. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
