We were there for 3 days only with our 2 small kids. We came there directly from Dubai with our car. The road was little bit boring and took 3 hours but the result of this trip was worth it! Hotel is placed on desert next to the big dunes. There are some nice activities for children (dunes riding and animal farm). Food is also great !
We came in on a one night stay and had never been to the hotel it is a bit far from Dubai but well worth the trip the hotel was amazing the staff are nice its just a wow experience. We stayed at their Pool Villa with the private pool which was fun they also had a outside shower that was nice. We did the Morning Camel ride recommend to anyone who visits the hotel Thank you Anantara :)
This hotel is very impressive and fabulous. The location is unique and the service is absolutely perfect. The team will treat you like a queen/king all the time. You will appreciate the different restaurants, the quality of the food. Clearly one of the best hotel in the world.
The architecture is beautiful, excellent services, location it's incredible, fantastic breakfast, amazing swiming pool. We appreciated the quality of bedding. A place out of time. To be redone without restraint.
I booked this 2 night escape for a treat as it was my husband's birthday! I requested we have an early check in (1 pm instead of the usual 3 pm) and this was confirmed. We checked into our private villa with a pool and instantly relaxed. Housekeeping was fantastic, as were all the staff. We dinned in our room on the first evening and the meal arrived within 30 minutes. It was of a high standard and delicious. There was a large choice of food at breakfast and we were not rushed away once we had finished. We cannot wait to make a return visit!!
If you're vacationing in the Emirates, it's definitely worth the trip out to Qasr Al Sarab. The setting was unlike any place we had ever been before -- uninterrupted sand dunes as far as the eye could see. And we had a fantastic experience at the resort itself. Our room (a 2-bedroom pool villa) was spectacular. The staff was top-notch, across the board. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge selection of foods. Our experience at the other restaurants was fine (nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about). And the various activities were all really fun. We especially enjoyed climbing the large dune beside the resort for sunsets. Other highlights included dinner outside under the stars, archery, and dune bashing (although this was actually quite scary, especially for the kids in our group). We absolutely recommend this to anybody traveling in the region.
Everything simply perfect! This is one of the best resort ever been in, Pic 1: from the room at 5.30 am; pic 2 : climbing a huge dune at 7am ; pic 3: welcome drink arriving from Dubai ( 3 hours drive)
The most amazing atmosphere a totally unique experience. The spa treatments and food are over priced but it is a resort aimed at wealthy people. We could only afford to stay one night but was well worth it. The service was fantastic and the Al Falaj restaurant was and amazing experience. There were no power points in the rooms which was annoying but that was my only complaint.
During our 10 days stay in VAE Abu Dhabi we made a slight detour to the desert which turned out in a great overhelming experience. A perfect combination of architecture nature and hospitality in a environment one would'nt expect. Such a breathtaking miracle
Superb - amongst best resorts in the world. Location is unique and breathtaking; service is absolutely superb and first class throughout the resort.; villas with pools are magnificent. Overall worth the expensive price tag because of sheer quality of the resort combined with the amazing desert location.
