There was confusion as to if the hotel allowed a visiting football team to delay check-out to 3:30-4 or if they just stayed. We were told our rooms would be ready between 2-3, closer to 3. Which was fine, but we did not actually get into our room until 5.

Don't waste your money on this over priced stay

Check in was almost two hours delayed. No excuse. The rooms weren't thoroughly cleaned because house keeping had to rush. Restaurant was not great, out of basics like whipped cream.

Best hotel in Abilene!

When we can catch a good deal here, this is our favorite and go to hotel when visiting our son at ACU. It’s clean, comfortable, beautiful, and has a fabulous pool and gym. The staff is wonderful too!
