Can’t really say anything about the accommodation as I ended up staying at another property due to double bookings, however the owner was brilliant and arranged an alternative apartment locally at very short notice and with zero hassle.

2 night stay while in Aberystwyth for work, didn't stay in the apartment booked. But the apartment I stayed in was of equal standard and was of a lovely standard with great view and right on the sea front.

Location and size of the property was perfect with a modern kitchen with all that would be required and on a whole quite comfortable. However the welcome that we received at check in was at best frosty and made us feel more of a hinderence rather than paying customers, post checkin we were marched around the corner to the apartment which we found extremely rude as the lady didn’t wait for or make any conversation with us. Once in the appartment we could see that the floors in the lounge, hall and kitchen had not been cleaned for our arrival as tobacco and build up of dirt was present. This was very disappointing as we only booked this property going on previous reviews which I now feel were obviously misleading.

Property was clean and great location. Lovely comfy bed! Unfortunately it was massively let down by other residents in the building who smoked questionable substances that permeated into the apartment. They were also keen on repeatedly slamming doors in the early hours of Saturday morning which made the whole apartment shake and made sleep impossible.

Great views, but beware of not getting the apartment youve booked. The sea view from the first floor was my reason for booking my 5 night stay here and going to West Wales for the first time. The modern, eclectic decor looked fun, and the wooden floors and furnishings perfect for someone who suffers with allergies! On arrival however I was told they'd doublebooked and i was taken to the ground floor apartment I'd chosen not to book 8 days prior - ground floor, inferior view (blocked by any vehicles that parked outside), no separate kitchen or breakfast bar. It was resolved satisfactorily eventually but arriving and having to negotiate after a long train journey was a let down. Communication was lacking. I'd had a slightly later checkout agreed 4 days prior to my arrival but on my last morning i was changing when a member of staff let themselves in to prepare the apartment for the next customer. No one had told them about my late checkout! 10 minutes it happened again with another member of staff. Not a great end to my stay.

Great little getaway

Ideal bolt hole for a weekend away. Right on front with great sea views. Well furnished flat with all amenities loved the fluffy bath robes too. Well recommended.

Just lovely, sea view apartment, which was clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed, even a tasteful Christmas tree was added on day two of our stay!
