Beautiful 5 Bedroom Steading Conversion in Highland Perthshire

Menzies Steading is a beautifully B Listed stone Cattle Court that was transformed in September 2017. Originally converted in 1999 into the House of Menzies - a cafe & specialist wine shop. It has now been remodelled into a modern 5 bedroom (all ensuite ) exclusive use self catering property with its own enclosed courtyard.
3 night min except for Christmas and New Year when it is a 7 night Min letting period . Start day Monday- Saturday.

Guests can use the whole property to which they will have exclusive access. There are other residents living nearby in independent properties. The House sleeps 10 Adults in 5 bedrooms + 2 kids/youths on a sofa bed located on a mezzanine level within bedroom 5

No groups of all men or all women allowed except by further communication
No smoking allowed
We welcome pets ( an additional £20 each )
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 5.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area.
