Last stay here!

It was terrible! Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Toilet seat broken and drapes wouldnt shut until clipped with hair barrette. Door kept slamming next door all night with talking. No hot water for hot chocolate. When approached the desk to talk the guy had feet up on computer desk on his phone. Such unprofessional behavior.

I read the reviews and it said the hot tub was down. I get there. The pool is down and it is not kid friendly for breakfast. You have pastries, tea, and coffee only and if you leave between 10 PM and 10 AM like to go to your car hopefully your card works. Otherwise you’re locked out like I was had to call a phone number bang on the door Until someone unlocked it.

Clean, roomy, and quiet

Although this room was without a refrigerator or microwave, it was one of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. The room was plenty large enough to move around in, even with a large cooler and all our luggage inside. Two noteworthy items: 1) drapes that closed completely without a gap for the sun to shine through, and 2) a cute window seat, complete with cushion and pillow!

I would just like to say Rochelle at the front desk for everything she has done. She was absolutely wonderful and we had a family emergency where we couldn’t make it, and she was such a kind soul that she wished us all the best and did her best to help us cancel the reservation and we will be staying there soon just currently not tonight.
