Definitely stay again

Really friendly lady at check in and out. Hotel was well situated and the room was clean, comfortable and had great air conditioning. Whirlpool bath with overhead shower, lovely Scottish shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. I will definitely stay here again. It would have been difficult if my partner was with me as he is waiting on a hip replacement and there were a lot of stairs to the room I was in.

Staff were really helpfull and welcoming on arrival. Size of the room was fine for what we booked for but the cleanliness was an issue there were hairs in the bath and toilet which is a shame as the bath is a good sized jacuzzi bath. For the location which is central the noise wasnt an issur from the bar upstairs but it was midweek. The beds have to be the worst out of the whole stay rock hard old matress with a thin matress topper on top

Very convenient location in city centre, very helpful and cheerful staff, reasonably quiet given its location. Room could do with some TLC, broken tiles in bathroom tatty paintwork and a window that couldn't be fuuly closed, letting in nouse from ourside.
