Centrally located and fairly close to restaurants and shopping. It seemed like a dorm with 2 bedrooms a bathroom and the kitchen/dining/living rooms combined. The kitchen was well equipped. It was secure with a key fob needed to access the elevator and building. The communication was last minute (the day of check-in and check-out). There is no parking on site. We parked 1/2 mile away at the M&S lot.

We booked a stay over 6 months ago. After we carried all of our luggage over 1/2 mile with my 78 yo father we got there and realized there was no reception. We called and got Bucky who checked and after 15 min call were told she never received notification for a booking. I gave her my confirmed code. She said there was no appartement ready and that I need to call Booking. I could go on about the over 3 hour ordeal but we had to cancel, hike all our stuff back to our car, and book at another place. Bucky did come to the property to clean it as we were leaving but seemed more concerned how she was going to get paid as she had no formal notification.
