The room was not clean. There were coffee rings on the table. The sheets were stained. The WiFi did not work for our 3 day stay. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
The front desk staff was great at check in. The room(307) was dirty. Wall has coffee or dark spil along wall near sink. Head board and above pictures needs more attention from housekeeping that had dust layers. Window blinds stained and dont think have been washed in years. To top it off desk called room after 11pm saying tv 2 load when not even on. Should have better protocol and walk halls not ro disturb wrong guest when trying to sleep or just be more aware that other ppl may be pranking 2 causes disturbance to guest thinking its funny.

Location : walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach Room : big and roomy with king bed, mattress firm Disliked the portable air conditioner with attachment tube vents to window. The window remained partially opened and seagulls clustered noisily by window sill. Carpet by portable air conditioner was wet.
Right next to the beach entrance and next to two gift shops. Not far from food or activities. ODD numbered face the beach, the higher the level the better the view. Had a good stay, no complaints.
Close to the rentals for bikes and right on the beach,the beds were blocked up with scrap 2x4's,the room was however clean and the breakfast was great.
Easy location, nice staff however the things I did not like was the room was kind of dirty, no one changed the seat sheets also the pool area has no security camera and the doors jammed open so anyone could walk in.
The property is nice, needs some renovations. Friendly staff. Breakfast is simple and good. Pool should be better maintained, really slippery floors in pool: saw many kids and people fall, and not enough towels in the pool.

Property is nice checkin was easy had to call down for towels, pool was a bit crowded room is quite nice windows need cleaned but a comfortable stay.
Our room had an area with a couch, which was separated from the area with the beds, giving my family a little space. The hotel had a pool and hot tub, with plenty of towels.
Fire alarm went off 3 times since the morning resulting in fire man showing up. Alarms were due to faulty toaster and no range hood in kitchen. Motel is not set up to code to be cooing breakfast in kitchen. No staff. Front desk lady also helping with breakfast. Don’t recommend
Great location to the beach, awesome breakfast with lots of choices, remodeled lobby very chic. Room was not yet completely remodeled, still had repairs in bathroom and shower needing finished but carpet was brand new. Would definitely stay here again
