Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They used fake Ai images to show amenities that were not there. Expedia refused to cancel the booking and so did the the manager after I confronted them. They later removed the images but Expedia continues to list the property and did not issue a refund. I will be filing FTC and CPB complaints
