Abbiamo prenotato tramite Expedia 2 camere il 19 aprile per la notte del 1 maggio. Volendo raggiungere la struttura nel tardo pomeriggio, abbiamo chiamato intorno alle 14 del 1 maggio mentre eravamo già in viaggio, per avvisare il personale dell'albergo che avremmo fatto check in più tardi del previsto. Ci è stato risposto che a causa di un non meglio specificato "attacco hacker" avevano perso tutte le prenotazioni degli ultimi giorni (quindi anche la nostra) e che al momento non avevano più disponibilità. Hanno peraltro affermato di aver inviato nei giorni precedenti delle mail di avviso a tutti i clienti coinvolti nel disservizio (mail che non ho mai ricevuto). Se ci fossimo presentati alla struttura nei tempi previsti (a 5 ore di viaggio da casa) ci avrebbero quindi rimandato indietro, per motivi che sono rimasti oscuri e ingiustificati. Essendo il primo maggio, ed essendo la nostra una famiglia di 6 persone, tra cui una disabile, non abbiamo potuto trovare alcuna sistemazione alternativa e siamo stati costretti ad annullare la nostra vacanza. Non ci è mai capitato in passato niente di simile con altre strutture; veramente un'enorme delusione.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione della sagra delle castagne ad Abbadia S. Salvatore. Hotel pulito e dotato dei confort necessari. Colazione sostanziosa, personale gentile.
