Die Hotellobby geschmackvoll gestaltet. Sehr aufmerksamer Service auch am Empfang. Unser Zimmer, Bad, Balkon sehr sauber. Die Betten, Kopfkissen sehr bequem. Unser war Zimmer mit älteren Schleiflackmöbeln und neuem Bett ausgestattet. Die vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden müssen. Frühstück normal und schmackhafte süße Sachen. Joghurtprodukte leider zimmerwarm. Kaum frisches Obst. Außen Pool sauber klein aber hübsch. Es gibt keinen zusätzlichen Pool mit normalen Wassertemperatur. Würde das Hotel wieder besuchen.

Hotel pulito e personale gentile e disponibile. Per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo delle camere più moderne (soprattutto infissi/serramenti ) ma nel complesso, per il prezzo pagato, siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Colazione ottima. Piscine piccole ma tranquille così come il giardino ben curato. Comodo al centro di Abano.

tutto molto bene

trascorriamo da qualche anno un we ad Abano nel mese di gennaio. Scelgo questo hotel, con un po' di "timore", perchè quello dove soggiornavo di solito, eccezionale, non aveva posto, ed invece devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. PRO: posizione, pulito, tranquillo, ottima zona piscine, colazione, servizio, camera spaziosa e piacevole. CONTRO: c'è solo una biosauna (no bagno turco, no sauna finlandese), per un hotel ad Abano questo per me è un punto debole; palestra ai minimi termini, però per fortuna il tempo è stato ottimo e siamo andati a correre fuori; zone comuni ai piani camere un po' datate con moquette che mostra i segni dell'età. In generale comunque lo ritengo un'ottima soluzione e, non irrilevante, prezzi più che accettabili. bene.

Séjour détente

Nous séjournons dans cet hôtel depuis des années, malheureusement ce n’est pas aussi bien qu’avant . Le personnel est affecté à plusieurs postes ( réceptionniste qui fait le service au restaurant , puis le bar . Femme de chambre que l’on retrouve au service du petit déjeuner puis au bar ) on se rend compte que la direction fait des économies. L’extérieur a été entièrement rénové , mais les moquettes dans les couloirs qui mènent aux chambres est défraîchie, dans les chambres un minimum d’entretien n’est pas effectué, portes d’armoires qui ferment mal , robinetterie entartrée . Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas toujours . Lorsque l’on demande de l’aide pour quelque chose à réparer , c’est le maître nageur qui vient vous aider . Hygiène et nettoyage dans les piscines non effectué. Mèche de cheveux qui traînent depuis plusieurs jours . Jets hydromassant qui ne fonctionnent pas toujours ( excuse ..( il manque les pièces )Parcours Kneip sale taches noires et jets qui ne fonctionnent pas . Auparavant , du personnel était affecté au nettoyage des piscine .Bref établissement vieillissant et en déclin par manque d’entretien. Nous avons rencontrés d’autres clients habituels qui ne reviendront pas .Il y a tellement d’hôtels autour que les offres ne manquent pas . Point positif.. on mange bien .Le personnel est disponible et souriant.
