If you are looking for a good business hotel in the heart of Aarhus, then this is a good choice. Close to the railway station, and walking distance to some of the main sights of the city. It is efficient and predictable and everything works efficiently, as is expected from a business hotel. Breakfast is also good.

They're all good. Not quaint or cosy or particularly interesting but certainly smart, spacious and comfortable. There is no casual restaurant or cafe available in the building which was a bit of a surprise. Breakfast was good. There was a big selection. Location is right next to the modern art gallery with the colored glass walkway. Fabulous but be warned, it's closed on Mondays. Beds and pillows are very soft, that's a Danish thing. Bathrooms are ok. No English speaking TV channels except BBC world.

We had two nights in this hotel while visiting Aarhus in business. Conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the city centre, the hotel offers all the modern conveniences one would expect from a large hotel chain: Large rooms with large TVs, clean and with minibar. The bathroom I had was clean and the shower pressure good. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in April 2018. As other reviewers have noted, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the property is in a convenient location for access to Aros and other museums. However, there were multiple problems during our stay. The phone in the first room we were given did not work at all, so we were moved to another room. In the second room, the shower faucet handle came off in my hand, waste water came up out of the drain onto the bathroom floor and created a lagoon when the bathtub was being emptied, and the lights in the bathroom flickered off and on, and buzzed. These were repaired by the hotel's maintenance staff but should have been spotted by housekeeping and fixed before the room was made available to guests. They were not subtle problems. On a more "organic" note, there was a ring of feathers stuck to the soft-boiled egg my wife got at one breakfast. I would have expected better sanitation from the hotel kitchen. We all know where that egg came from but I'd rather not have a demonstration of that on my plate. The next day she got another egg that was externally clean but the yolk was green. Umm... errr... yuck. These kinds of problems should not occur in a hotel costing almost 300 USD per night. We informed the general manager at the hotel about each of these issues, and received a very polite apology but that's all. There was no offer of compensation, upgrade, hotel credit, points, or a refund. In my experience with other expensive hotels, when there's a genuine problem with a room, management usually does whatever it takes to make sure that you leave satisfied. That didn't happen here.

I do reccomend this hotel. Location is very good, not far away from the city center. Has spacious open parking. Breakfast is standard, as always you can choose different type of food. Room spacious and comfortable, what i miss is in the room is some kind of coffee/tea set.

I stayed on this hotel for a week. Expensive but very good quality, service ... Breakfast are just fabulous ! All is very clean. Service is discret but really good. Welle situated near the pedestrian road. I warmly recommend !

This is a fine place to stay, but doesn't have all the touches that may Radisson's have. I stayed in a Radisson in Copenhagen right before coming to this one, and could see the differences. This hotel seems like they might be in cost savings mode. In Copenhagen, you get shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. Here you just get shower gel and shampoo. Fruit at breakfast in Copenhagen includes a generous assortment. Here it is pretty heavy on cheap melons, pretty homogenous. Not a bad breakfast, but I've seen lots better at other Radisson Blus. I travel here on business so will probably stay here again, but you do notice the differences.

I stayed again by Scandinavia in Copenhagen. Everything was prepared before checkin which went smoothly. The room was clean and ready with the complementary water and in-room gift. The breakfast is really good with a wide selection. My first choice in Copenhagen.

Located this hotel eventually using google maps. It is situated inside an entertainment/shopping centre. The top floors being the hotel. If you ignore google there is actually another entrance which opens up very close to the town centre. It’s within easy walking distance of everywhere. The hotel is very stylish looking and staff are very polite and helpful. For some reason (probably a booking error by the company booking it) I was allocated a room for those with mobility issues. So this review is based on that. The room was understandably very spacious. Ample room for a wheelchair user with all doors opening outwards. Shower/wet room is very well adapted again with plenty of room for a wheelchair and the usual assistance handles. Vanity area at a lower than usual height. Lights could all be controlled from the bedside or main door area. The bed was softer than I am used to and pillows were large bags of air! Even though I had air con on lowest setting I found it very warm. So for me not the best nights sleep. Breakfast was good. The hot food was hot and well cooked. Plenty of cold choices. Speciality coffees and decent tea. Prices for incidentals and bar were the usual high prices for a hotel. All in all I would stay here again.

We've stayed for 2 nights, 2 adults with 2 kids, we got 2 separate rooms but with a connecting door, this worked out well. Breakfast was really delicious with a big variety also including soy & almond milk for people with allergies. The staff in the reception was extremely helpful and flexible with whatever requirement we had, this was all from parking, getting the rooms and how to split up the invoice. The location of the hotel is spot-on if you want to discover the cirty of Aarhus.
