"The room and bathroom was very clean upon arrival. The mattress was comfortable to sleep in. The area was close to the beach. The area was very quiet."

"House has excellent beach location; front row for full view to the Beach / Gulf ! It was equipped with basic necessities and very clean. Nice big screen TV in living for chilling after the day at the beach...with plenty of room. Nice roomy screened porch and outside deck. David, the Host was very responsive and serviced us with a new Starlink for best internet reception to be expected for this remote area. Know that if you are totally dependent on cell phone service that this location is a low service area (which does not have anything to do with the house). The house suited us very nicely for a relaxing, comfortable change of scenery at the beach. We will think of this property if we decide to make another stay, we were very pleased. Thank you for servicing us, David."
