The hotel grounds are beautiful and the staff helpful and friendly. Communication was a little difficult if you don't speak spanish. Also the food was not very good at the resort restaurant. But overall a good place.

Excellent experience, very “Americanized” which is what a lot of people would like, I would like to be in a different country and have more of an experience of their culture, for example food! I liked the hotel overall. However there were no dressers to put clothes away. The pool is a bit outdated but nice enough. There are no steps leading into the pool itself so that was a turnoff. Other than that everything else was great. The service was great. The concierge, Raphael, was great!
