"We stayed there a few years ago and really liked the hotel. This time we stayed 2 nights; our room was on the 2nd floor. I have problems using stairs due to a knee injury and asked for a 1st floor room, they were fully booked (a travel bus arrived right after us). They allowed us to split the room cost between 2 credit cards, myself and my sister, so we each paid for a night. The day we were leaving a staff member took my bag down the stairs for me so I could hold the handrail. They have free breakfast, our first morning we ate from the buffet, the second from the menu. The gift shop attendant was very friendly and let my sister take pictures of the items. She even took some out to let us have a closer look."

"We’ve stayed here before and liked it. Nothing fancy but the price is right and the staff are great. One of the things that we like is the restaurant onsite. Unfortunately, this stay was on a Sunday evening and we didn’t realize that the restaurant was closed on Sundays. We arrived planning on eating there but could have stopped earlier in our trip for a meal if we had known that the restaurant would be closed. The man at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and later when I asked for ice he gave us access to the fountain drinks, which I thought we as very thoughtful of him. I would still recommend it, especially if you are interested in the local culture. The room was clean and the only complaint I had about the room was the lack of power outlets."
