On entering the property on the side of the building you come into a small entrance hallway with a door immediately into the large open plan front of the place. The sitting room has a blue velour 3-seater sofa and a grey velour 2-seater sofa, coffee tables, 2 chairs in the bay window and a TV.
The dining room side has a glass 6-seater table with leather chairs, a desk area for working and a small ottoman window seat in the 2nd sea facing bay window. The view from these two rooms is jaw dropping and creates a great feeling of light and openness.
The extensive size patio makes a super spot to sunbath, have meals and drinks or watch sunsets and the surfers in the sea.
The kitchen is at the back of the house and has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is a single oven, gas hob, 2nd integrated oven/microwave, grill, full size fridge freezer 70/40 and washing machine. This spacious room extends across the back of the house with a cloakroom off and a back door.

Kittiwake is in a great seafront position with steps up from the parking area in front of the building. We also manage the lettings for Combesgate View next door which sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms so together they form a good option for a larger family.
