With amenities like central heating and AC, guests will feel cool and comfortable during their visit. House on 18 Acres! 1/4 Mile to separate Boat Ramps on Upper and Lower White Oak Lake! If you don't catch the big ones in the Lake there is a nice sized pond next to the house full of easy to catch bass and sunfish. Plenty of parking, clean, modern furnished house!
With two separate full bathrooms good for big families or workers! About an hour 15min. to crater of diamonds state park. About 15 minutes to poison springs battleground state park.
*WiFi in house and canoe-with paddles and life jackets available for guests use in pond. Game room has a foosball table and shuffleboard table.

We had a great stay at the property! It’s a great location to the lake and the pond is right behind the house. We didn’t use the pond, but it was great to look out at each morning while having coffee. We loved the comfy bed, the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and we also love that they have a washer and dryer to use! We would love to stay again on a return trip back home. Thanks for a great stay!
