Nice staff in a great area. Man this is missing some BASIC things. No body wash for the bathroom, phone didn’t work, door didn’t close all the way so you have to forcibly close it…you’re paying to be in the area, not for the quality of your stay

Staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was large, clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the dining staff...they made us feel so welcome, even though we arrived right before closing. They were all amazing!

Clean room, great location! Walked just about every where. Shower was amazing and room lights were on dimmers which is great for night time with children. I would definitely stay at this location again. Great price for a big city and location!

The hotel should not book rooms on lower floors on weekends. The lobby turns into a nightclub and the 5th floor is so loud you cannot sleep.

Halls are very dark, AC was spotty, breakfast pre wrapped continental take out- lobby bar was poor, and pool bar not open during the day on Saturday. My advice is stay elsewhere

Loud , roaches , parking lot drama all day and people fighting at 3am.

The room had a well stocked snack and drink pantry. The beds were so comfortable and the pool was perfect. Kaitlyn was so friendly and helpful at check in.

My daughter and I had a wonderful trip to The Sanctuary in Scottsdale. The location is perfect- very close for hiking Camelback, close to great shopping and the best restaurants in town. My daughter and I spent a week at this resort and will definitely be back.

The hotel was convenient and clean but when we got to our room we had no bath towels. Also, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty .(a pet peeve of mine)
