Good but some staff are unhelpful
The hotel was clean, quiet and in a great location. The lobby was cool because there’s games you can play and they gave us a free drink as well. Only downside is some of the staff were super unhelpful and a bit stand offish/stuck up, acting as if helping a customer was a big ask! It’s not the cheapest hotel so I would expect better service. It’s a shame because the some of the staff were really great.

Lovely hotel in a great location, just 5 mins walk from the city centre. Used Just Park to park at the Asda 5 mins walk away for £20 for 3 days.

The hotels is lovely and the staff are very friendly, when we arrived there was a quiz, gutted we missed it looked like real fun, the place was packed but as soon as you left the area there was no noise at all the little touches are lovely the led lights that light up and then dim if you go to the loo are a really nice touch
