Where do I begin? It was family of 3 staying at Cavendish for 6 nights and we throughly enjoyed every moment. The best part was how helpful and friendly the staff was. All of them and not just one or two. From concierge to front desk to housekeeping, etc. I had hurt my leg and they went above and beyond to help me and accommodate me. They provided me with the crutches, getting taxis, bags, etc. Room was super quiet and clean. Location was awesome. It was easy 5min walk to Picadilly. I recommend this hotel for sure.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend concerts at the O2 and Tottenham Stadium. Super convenient for both. The hotel & room was lovely. Only thing we’d change was the length of the bed. It was noticeably short. I am 5’8” and my feet hung off the end. My husband is 6’5” and had no chance! Not unusual for him to have feet right at the bottom, but I don’t normally have that issue. The bed itself was very comfy and lovely bedding, linens, towels etc., so this is a minor point, but it might put us off rebooking again.

Very convenient location. Check in speedy and efficient. Bar staff excellent. TV wasn’t working. Called housekeeper twice in 30 minutes and got an unsatisfactory response. Eventually, when reporting the problem to reception they informed me that Maintenance staff finish at 5pm. Finally, someone from reception came to reboot the TV. This was over an hour after first reporting the fault. Ordered breakfast in the room for between 7am and 7.15am. After another telephone prompt it eventually arrived at 7.40am

Everything we needed!
We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. It was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do — whether hop on the tube, shop at the best stores, visit a cafe, pub, or restaurant, see a show — everything a "first timer" to London needs. The staff is very friendly and responsive and the room was well equipped (refreshed water every day, coffee, turndown service, etc) and comfortable. The doormen, front desk, cleaning, room service, and maintenance staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The lobby is not lavish and expansive when you come in, but it's just what we needed to feel safe, central, and happy for a long stay.
