I chose room with queen bed and microwave. Expected it to be very small but it had pull out sofa, mini refrigerator, plates, utensils, a desk/table and Coffee maker but that wasn't necessary because hotel has a lounge open 24 hrs with a Miele coffee maker. Shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Location was down 3 buildings from trafalgar square. There is a Tesco store on corner. At end of street in other direction is subway station and a walkable bridge over the Thames. Cabaret at the Kit Kat is on that corner too. Walked to Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace, King's Guard Horses and Fortnam and Mason. Staff was very kind and attentive. I arrived early after overnight flight and was shown to private changing room with shower to freshen up until room was available. Definitely would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during our first trip to London. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location was great, as we could walk to many of the attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great overall!
I had read some reviews about underground rooms which I was slightly nervous about, however our room was on the 9th floor (I had add requested a room with a window on my reservation too). The only issue we had was that the pillows were way too soft, but we asked for firm pillows the next day and the staff were happy to oblige. Cannot fault the service. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from both Charing Cross and Embankment tube stations, with 4 tube lines across them both. You can see Trafalgar Square from the hotel's entrance. Prices very decent when you book in advance. Also Hotels.com gives 10% NHS discount if you pay up front (can still cancel for a refund if you pay the extra to make the room refundable). Would stay here again in the future.

Great venue, great location and friendly staff
Great location and really friendly staff. The venue was clean and well looked after - ideal for what we wanted which was a base for a couple of days whilst we enjoyed our planned activities. Definitely good value and we would use again without hesitation.
