We don't like to complain but it was crazy loud. You could hear people in the room next door. We woke early every morning as the trash was being serviced outside our window. That was very upsetting. The rooms were older than they appeared in the photos. It really should be time for a renovation. It was a good location and the staff was pleasant.

Pros: Really enjoyed staying here. It was within quick walking distance of Hyde Park, four tube stations, there was a convenience store and multiple restaurants and cafes one block away. The staff were very pleasant and the rooms and common areas were well appointed and clean, though the carpets in the halls could use some love. Cons: The HVAC is a little weird. The housekeeping staff turn the heat on and often turn it up to 28C so you return to a furnace. You can open the room’s window, but if you have an interior room, you get to listen to a double beep outside all night. These are all very minor complaints. I almost feel bad for mentioning them. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fine for one night and half decent breakfast
Room would have felt much nicer if they had bothered to actually add some colour. The off white (aged and dirty) white walls just made what could have been a nice room feel rather like a cell block. Door to the bathroom was so narrow anyone larger than a size 12 would have had trouble entering.

Comfortable two night stay. Hotel is tired in places and a smile on check in would be nice but our room was fine, breakfast great and the hotel was exactly where we wanted to stay. We would definitely return
