This place is AMAZING! Less than 10 min from Disney World. It is very affordable and the rooms are HUGE! So much room. We ended up arriving 12 hours early and they let us check in with no extra charge. Everyone was friendly and the grounds were so clean! 2 pools and lots of seating. It is within walking distance to restaraunts, stores, souvenir shops and CVS! We will definitely stay here again!!

3 items. On arrival the toilet in our room was not working, and we had to make at least 2 calls to get the service completed. On the 1st call the receptionist wrote down the wrong room number and the repairman finally came after about a 2 hour wait wasting the balance of our afternoon. Then he had to come back again later to replace the bathroom soap and shampoo dispensers as they were empty. We did 1 load of laundry and either the washer or dryer shredded one of our sons new T-shirts to the point that we had to throw it away. Finally we felt that the extra charges were a little inflated for what was available.

Strange room
We stayed in a third floor room. The master bedroom was not laid out or furnished well. There were no bedside tables or lamps beside the beds. The pull out part of the armoire was inconvenient and made getting in and out difficult. No doors or even a curtain between the bathroom and bedroom was horrible when one person goes to bed early and the other sleeps late. Also there was no soap to wash your hands at the sink. Body wash was empty in both bathrooms. Even if we wanted to use it to wash hands we would have to crawl in the bathtub. We have stayed at Orbit One about 15 different times and have never had such a strange apartment.
