THIS UNIT HAS NO LIVING ROOM SLEEPER SOFA. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath flat located right on the beach within a secure gated community with round-the-clock security patrol. Gulf and Phillips Inlet/Camp Helen State Park views from living room, balcony and both bedrooms. Gorgeous, unobstructed view from this condo-you can see almost to Destin! | | Recently Remodeled, including a well-equipped cook's kitchen. Queen Beds in each room, Ceiling Fans and TV's in both bedrooms. This unit has wi-fi along with smart TVs and keyless entry.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

The view of the beach was awesome ! We found everything clean and ready for arrival .
Some things need attention however. The tv is. Not very usuable with the present internet situation. There is a missing shelf in the fridge and the blinds in the bedroom are missing some slats and so it's hard to completely close etc . The bed would be more comfortable with a foam Pad . These updates would greatly improve !

Pinnacle Port is our destination on every trip to the beach...we love it.
It has been a few years since we have visited. I noticed a few changes: The bbq grills are new and improved. The swimming pools now close at 7 pm instead of 11 pm. 7 is too early for most people. The overall impression is that everything remains clean and well maintained, with a family atmosphere.

Lovely apartment!
We love Pinnacle Port and this was our sixth visit to the resort but the first time in this apartment. It was just as pictured, everything you need, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and a bonus to have a washer/dryer too! The only disappointing thing for us was that the week we were there they were working on a huge beach refurbishment project which meant that the normally beautiful view was obstructed with diggers, pipework and was very noisy both day and night. It also meant that our section of the beach was closed. I'm sure this won't happen again but we were sad not to have at least been warned about it. One of the main reasons we stay here is for the gorgeous unobstructed ocean view!!! We will be back tho, in our opinion Pinnacle Port is a hidden gem in the craziness of PCB!
