The staff was absolutely amazing! I think in the future, I would prefer not to be on the main floor. It was extremely loud. There was a loud generator going all night, kids running down the hall till midnight, and the carts being pushed down the hall were so noisy. However, the pool and private beach were so nice. I really had mixed emotions.

not exactly what we expected from the Guy Harvey name but it was acceptable for a one night stay on passing through St. Augustine. Clean comfortable beds and bathrooms but the atmosphere was a bit motel-ish. Other than that seemed like a nice place.

Good location away from the busy crowds, easy parking, great access to the beach. Lobby and restaurant were updated and clean. Building with rooms was very dated. Our room had a hole in the subfloor with carpet over it. Very dark lighting throughout building. Needs a good remodel to give it a fresh update to match the entry building. Not what we were expecting.
