amazing property
Having been to Jamaica a few times, this was our least favorite hotel. The beach is beautiful and there are various options for kids such as the kids club, game room, plash pad, pool slide and kayaking. However, the food was not edible and if you stayed in the main building you had to wait on line to get an elevator for a while. Three elevators for 14 floors was not sufficient. We also paid for a partial ocean view but didn't use the balcony at all because we were on such a high floor and the entire hotel was in front of us--on a technicality, yes it was ocean view but practically you are far from the ocean. The Dolphin cove was also not on site, you had to commit to the excursion and take a bus there. Some of the staff was very friendly but most seemed a bit annoyed at all times. We made the most of our time there but would not return.
I liked the service and location. It is very quite and safe place. But I could not satisfy with transportation service as promised during hotel and flight booking time. It was said transportation from and to airport is included. But hotel charged me extra 45 dollars per person when I was checking out. So I paid extra 90 dollars for me and my wife.
My room was amazing, thank you Orbitz! My room was Big, Bright spacious, clean. I loved it. If you stay at the Moon Palace I would highly recommend going scuba diving, if you are a water person! A big shout out to my PADI scuba diver instructor Andre! The scuba diving expedition was the highlight of my resort stay! I would highly recommend trying out the flyboard! The gentleman who were offering the service were highly knowledgeable, and were awesome. I arrived on a Wednesday night. I didn't do much Wednesday night due to jet lag, but I expected the club to be open on Thursday night, which it wasn't. The resort does not have a party vibe. If you're in a small group I would recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker if you want to listen to your own music. If you are traveling off the resort the, walk from the main entrance to the main strip is incredibly long. Moon Palace please get some electric golf carts! I stayed at other resorts such as iberostar where they offer golf carts services used for shuttling guests. I was also annoyed that it was a hassle to get a private taxi scheduled, back to the airport. I had to ask someone the day of check-out. It would have put my nerve at ease, if I would have been able to book a private car back to the airport ahead of time. Eventually it all worked out and I got a taxi after check out. The feng shui layout of the resort was a bit off. Three out of 5 stars.

I loved my stay at Moon palace ❤️ the staff was extremely welcoming and the property was always being cleaned and maintained . The food , entertainment and the beach was very good . It was amazing to find excursions within the property . The pillows could be a little flatter for comfort but nothing to crazy .
Did not like the sales talk of promises that were made during the selling of vacation rentals.
We had a wonderful trip. The staff were so kind and helpful. The property was very clean and the facilities were all functioning. I also spent a morning at the spa which was very nice and beautifully designed. I would definitely visit moon palace Jamaica again!
I like that everything was available on the resort even the planning of excursions
Property was beautiful, fun activities, good food, nice pools, friendly staff. It got a bit loud at night with Kareoke and wish a few pools would have been open after 6 pm. Room service was a little slow. Overall a great fun satisfying all inclusive experience
