The staff and food were great. Property could do with some updating. The environment is very quiet and offers a really relaxing stay. More outdoor seating areas would also be great.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, quiet, calm, and relaxing. The spa treatments were soothing. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Overall, my stay was peaceful.
The property was ok ; it has potential and I hope the managers and owners can tap into it. The employees are really noisy in the morning; two workers were outside our rooms since 5am none stop loud chattering. Please be mindful of this.

HE NEEDS TO BE RETRAIN. SOMEONE IS GOING TO PUT HIM IN JAIL. FOR UNWANTED SEXUAL TOUCHES. HE USES HIS IMPAIRMENT OF VISSION AS AN EXCUSE FOR HIS SEXUAL ADVANCEMENT.
customer service was great, food was great and the grounds is beautiful. The only thing is the rooms and bathroom needs a little update. Great place to stay. Love the pool and the awesome all around view. You get more for you money at this hotel. You must try the spa area the massage did me well.
We just stayed here overnight during our drive from Negril to Kingston. The hotel has been around for a few decades so you can see the age in the property, though they try to keep the property relatively clean and maintained. Check-in wasn't too bad. They give you access to the mini bar for free which was nice and surprising. Parking was safe and on the property. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was of better quality than many of the hotels in this price range. The property is not located on the beach and set inland, which wasn't a huge deal for us. The guests seemed on the older side and the vibe was pretty tame. We didn't try the restaurant or the free drink they offered us when we checked in. We had a bad experience with our room because we had sporadic Wi-Fi, our ac didn't work and our room was filled with mosquitos. I went to the front desk to say the Wi-Fi wasn't working, but they asked me if it was working in the lobby and if it was that it should be working in my room. It did not. We couldn't really sleep because of no AC because the room was incredibly stuffy and hot. Finally after getting security to inspect that the AC was not working at 5am we were given a new room. We had an hour or two to sleep before we had to get on the road to Kingston. We had a less than stellar experience but maybe it was our bad luck.

Poor service, no wifi ,abandoned and unsecure area. Small rooms and when i immediately checked out they refused to refund my money. I won't be using orbitz again if i don't get reimbursed.
-nothing unique about the property - My tub had rust in it. -requested a different room. -got another room the following night as was told none was available earlier. -got another room -new room tub had rust -I became much more frustrated -I am angey because I paid to stay at this hotel and I should have gotten a decent tub. My tub at home has no rust - a hotel bathroom which includes the yub, should be rust free.
They didnt have my reservation from orbitz and it took 2 hours to checkin and get my room

I only stayed 2 nights but I was in 3 rooms.The first room the Air condition did not work and there was no blinds on one of the windows so there was no privacy. The second room their condition also did not work, and their were no towels in the room, I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work so I went to the front desk and asked for towels but the would not give me any said someone would be right their. 40 minutes later I finally got some towels. It was so noisy at night I could not sleep. You here SO much noisy from the road. I complain to the manager because the front desk could’ve cared less he put me in the third room where the air condition definitely worked and it was a much nicer room. This is a training hotel joining a college where the people are trained so the service was Not good at all most of the people did not know what to do. DO NOT STAY HERE
No hot water in room.telephone dint work.room was leaking.outside need to be cleaner. otherwise staff was ok.breafast was good.dinner was just ok.i think they need to step up a little and everything will be fine.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and modern and a vast improvement on the pics online. Great great hotel for the price and alot nicer than ones more expensive. I would defo recommend.
