Great location, quiet beaches, friendly staff. The room had separate sitting area with tv which was great especially when someone wanted to sleep, you could close the door between the two rooms. Wish there was a Kuerig ( any coffee maker and with coffee/ cream/stevia) in the room for daily coffee.
I suggest the oceanfront balcony room- wonderful view! My initial room was FILTHY! Mold on shower walls, jetted tub not connected (told it was due to construction THEN told it hasn’t been connected since Covid). Carpet was stained and dirty. Pone in room didnt work, on and on - I do have pics. Just overall, the room was yuck- not what you expect when you select a suite. The manager did change our room- thank you Nicholle, and Larry helped us resettle. Never again.
We stayed here 5 days. When checking in the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The hotel recently was bought out by Hilton and will be under going renovations throughout the year. The pool and outside pool bar had recently been redone and were fabulous. The staff outside at the bar was awesome!! Anthony was out favorite, he deserves a raise with his promptness and polite nature. The room was clean but you could tell it was dated (but soon to be renovated) and the bed was horrible!! That bed was so hard that we will need to see a chiropractor when we get back. The faucets in the bathroom were annoying because they were smooth and round and hard to turn so when your hands were wet and trying to shut the water off you couldn't turn the knobs, lol. the ceiling in the bathroom showed patch work due to water issues (again going to be renovated). The room its self was dated but it worked for us. We got a balcony and the view was amazing. During times when we didn't want to be around all the screaming kids we would go to out room and enjoy drinks on the balcony. One major note....do NOT get a room right outside the elevators.....our room was and that is all you heard alllll night was DING of the elevator at all hours, people screaming, loud talking.....if you get put there, request to be moved because you won't like it, trust me!! So our room location was poor in that regard, if doing again, I would request a different location , now knowing what I know. Overall, it was great!!

Very run down property.
When I first got there the room wasn’t available. Then when I finally got the room they did not provide or say what the amenities were available or where anything was at. When I went to my room it was filthy. I found a piece of chicken under the bed and when I moved the sofa it looked like who ever cleaned swept it under the sofa. I went back to the front desk and got another room.. wasn’t the best but at least I didn’t find chicken pieces under the bed. Carpet and sofa still look dirty. I was not happy with the place and Will never return to that place again. Terrible….
Facilities were not so clean, also the conditions are not the best, lights switches didn’t work. Great swimming pool and the beach was nice.
Stayed here before. Many updates since then, was very nice.
