Only issue was no workstation so I had to use the dining room table as a workstation and the nearest outlet was either the kitchen counter or the one behind the entrance door which was a hazard if you were leaving the room or going to the refrigerator. There should of been an outlet beneath the tv. And all the outlets behind the tv was taken. Also was told there was a $25 a night for vehicles. But the gate to the parking garage didn’t seem to be working yet. It’s a very new hotel from the looks of it. Located at the Miami/Ftlauderdle line

This property need to be upgrade and the room is not terrible

An excellent new hotel. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. It was very pet friendly which was a blessing after being evacuated from southwest Florida during hurricane Ian. But I would recommend it to anyone at any time.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly. I booked due to hurricane evac. Serena was the perfect place. Superb restaurant too! I recommend this hotel immensely!

Great rooms Clean and nice.

Where do I begin? The property is in the hood! Our view was crack houses with garbage all over the street. We tried to check in at 4 on Thursday and was told our room wasn’t ready and thst 4pm was just a starting time for check in but not guaranteed. When we finally got to our room we got to see our lovely crack houses view and the room didn’t have half the stuff it eas supposed to. There was no chair, no glasses, the ice you had to get from the lobby bar. A beer was $15 by the way. There is mass construction going on next to the hotel so going to the pool was not relaxing because all you heard were jack hammers and banging. The staff was not sympathetic because I’m sure most peoooe are not happy once they get there and see where they are staying. This is probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. They must have paid for their good reviews because trust me if you book here you will be very disappointed.

Clean, nice staffs

Nice place to stay

Great Hotel very clean.Easy check in and out. Room and bathroom very clean and update. Looks like a brand new hotel. Only downfall $20 dollars for parking.

This hotel is no for business travelers. My room had no desk or a chair. Very strange.Thank goodness I met Claudia by front desk who helped me out. The lighting also very in adequate.

I hated this hotel. It took two days to get sheets and a duvet for my friend to use for the pull out bed. The food was horrible. They had a tacky disco party on the roof on Saturday night. I had to call the police to stop the noise. I told the front desk that I was calling the police at 12:01 so they stopped the noise. I was in Miami to work. It was really annoying

Exelent property almost new

Although a brand new facility, it is not ready for guests. Many amenities advertised are not available. Many areas of the hotel are still under construction. We attempted to use an elevator that did not go to our room floor, but when the doors opened (on several different floors) we were left to access construction areas. There were no signs or barriers on or near the elevator doors and we had full access. The staff, usually pleasant, was unable to keep up with guest requests. We arrived to a room with no refrigerator, no towels, and had to ask multiple times for service. There was only the bath tissue on the roll, which was not new, and ran out quickly (4 females in the room). Another need that had to be requested multiple times. The lobby coffee shop was not yet finished and not ready for guest use. We had to request the room be serviced and when we did we were met with near disgust by the housekeeping staff. Front desk staff were less than happy to be there, probably due to the conditions mentioned above. They complained about other guests and rolled their eyes when we explained having to ask multiple times for towels. The area surrounding the hotel was run down and it would appear folks are being bought out of their homes for other development. It was a convenient location and was easy to get to other attractions including the Aventura Mall and Hard Rock Stadium.
