Shuttle driver Alverio was very professional and helpful. Recommended a dinner spot that was delicious. Hotel was clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
Main front automatic door will not work makes it inconvenient for the transportation pick up. Also the front desk at night time was not friendly and unprofessional at the time of check in, but time of checkout different front desk personnel in the morning and much friendlier. The breakfast was very good but lacking staff for turn around of cleaning tables. Hope this review helps management to improve future stays.
The amenities of this hotel are great and it is within walking distance of the express bus to Miami beach and the travel hub of Miami’s public transport, as well as the MIA international airport.

In the sheets it had a sharp glass and my son got cut. I told Jay the front desk receptionist and said would tell his manager. I still haven’t heard anything and this is unacceptable. This means that the housekeeper must didn’t change the sheets before the last guest. How would glass that is broken get in the sheets.
