Staff were great. Property is located in a horrible area. Due to it being so close to the airport, traffic in and out is horrible as well. Had to stay here for an event. Would not recommend this area. Drinks were very overpriced. Food was pretty good.

We would have given this property 5 stars if it had not been for the attitude of the check in staff at the time
The check in process was terrible, waited inline for almost an hour, only 3 staff members working the front desk for too many customers that were trying to check in! Mostly rude people . Food was good, but not enough seating for all the people eating dinner and evening time.
the night social was not like other embassy suites this one only had carrots/celery and only allowed 2 small beverages
The property is located in an industrial area of Miami, between the Miami Airport and a freight train route that runs through the night. So it was noisy for sleeping. Also there's some construction going on for the elevators and on the roof. We asked to move rooms the first day we checked in because of the elevator mechanical noise. That request was easily accommodated by the front desk staff. All the staff and the food service providers were excellent.
It’s a ver nice place to stay the pool/hot tub area was very nice and clean! The rooms are nice and clean as well!! The complementary drinks are an added bonus!! The free airport shuttle was great also!
