I went to this property on my birthday, I did ask for early check in, and when I arrived I waited almost 5 hours before I could get a room.. I went to my room, only to receive bite marks on my body from sleeping in the bed.. I spoke to the manager and she assured me that I needed to message her which I did and I never got a response. Which is very disappointing.. some nights I would order food delivery after a long day and the facility prevented the carriers to come up stairs to drop the food off in front of my room, but allowed house keeping to enter rooms and clean. Also while getting dressed and returning to my room a housekeeper entered with out notifying me or knocking and I was naked.. this trip at this location was not pleasant at all, especially since I reached out for The manager multiple times with no response..
The costumer service the Leidy in front desk wasn’t really nice to me she was really mad.

The room was spacious andcclean. The bed was comfortable, and had great channel choices on cable. I didn't like that there wasnt any shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the dispensers at all. I had to pay for toothpaste since I forgot to pack mine. Also i couldn't get a late checkout.
Just very clean new and affordable... will definitely come back... not too far from downtown Miami and south beach.
