I enjoyed the comfort of the room. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. There is a place to hang your clothes and hangers! I've been to a name brand hotel that only provided hooks. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast in the week is continental. There was a variety of breads, fruits, cereals and drinks both hot and cold. What I did not like was the $100 deposit fee even when I paid in advance. I do not remember seeing a deposit requirement online. The temperature in the room was a bit too cool for me. Although there was a heat option, no matter how high I raised the temperature, it was still blowing cold for me. There was not a courtesy phone in the room to use to ask for assistance. Sure, most people have a cell phone but it would be simpler to dial 0 than a seven digit number, then go through prompts. The noise from the outside is prevlent. You can hear neighbors and street noise. Would I stay here again? Yes. Maybe I would request a room on the top floor even though there are no elevators but it is only two floors. The good outweighs the bad.

Older property, room had minimal plugs for electronics. Breakfast while hot on weekends, is so so and coffee was watered down.
Water in room service need improve
I usually can find a good night sleep here, but for whatever reason, my last check in my king size bed did not have fitted sheets on them. Just had a regular flat sheet laid on top of it. Very uncomfortable. Not a good night. Sleep when the sheets keep moving around.
I was very happy to see how clean our room was. When you walked in it even smelt fresh and clean.
