Under staff, everything you order takes long, checkout day no food or drinks due to Jewish holiday! The hotel was only serving sushi and drinks to Jewish guest!
So to start off I would like to say the staff here is wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Other than that I was not impressed or pleased with my stay. There was construction taking place that could be heard from the rooms, pool, and various common areas to relax. It was so loud from 9-5 every day for the 5 days of my stay. Secondly the pool was closed for 3 of the days so the main pool was packed out with splashing children all over. When I checked into my room it was a complete dump. The shower handle broke off when I turned it and the bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair all over the shower walls and floors. The sink and walls were dirty. The sliding balcony door was dirty and had stickers on it from previous guests. There was a pile of shaved hair on the desk where I went to set up my vanity. When asked to change my room the staff was accommodating but I specially asked NOT to be downgraded since I paid for the junior suite. We were “upgraded” to a higher floor but a much smaller room. This time the room was spotless but of course the sheets had blood stains on it. I’m sure they were clean but still really off putting. We tried ordered room service one night and they specially waited on hold for 10 mins to then tell us they were closed. Overall an awful stay and experience. You’re better off staying next door at the fb.
The property was dated, the rugs in the common area and in the rooms have significant wear and tear. Visible dust can seen seen on the vents and overall, the rooms were a little tired. Our toilet would not not stop running, even after we notified staff. On our final two nights there it was very loud, the first night they were doing heavy construction on the restaurant and the last night, an alarm went off for a significant period of time in the middle of the night.
Awesome property.
Room was nice and beds were comfortable but a lot of the outlets didn’t work, housekeeping was upset slow, ice machine on the floor was broken, wanted to charge for a fridge that I needed for medicine;

I Have Stayed Here Before , This Time I Didn’t Feel Welcome At All, From My Card Been Charged Then Was Told The Card Didn’t Go Threw And I Had To Swipe Again , But I See The Charges Come Out Of My Bank Account, I Had To Call My Bank , My Bank Also See The Charges, But The Hotel Says They Don’t , So Had Swipe Again For Another $1500 For A 2 Night Stay. Workers & Manager Was No Help Really, They Just Wanted The Money
Very satisfied with overall service and property. Hot tub was out of order which they were fixing . Nice clean heated pools. Nobu restaurant 5 star. View of ocean excellent! Just got stuck with terrible weather, wrong timing otherwise great relaxing vacation! Here’s a crazy idea, why don’t they develop a canopy over the pool for rainy days to make vacations weather proof. That would make this hotel even more attractive.
