Pool area needs to be power washed.
The hotel staff was very accommodating and exceptionally courteous at all times. The pool area was beautiful, and the hotel was on the beach which made it very convenient. In addition, there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
We had an enjoyable quick stay.
The staff was excellent. Rooms are very spacious. Pool and Pool area were very nice. You get two hours of rental bikes free with your stay. Fitness center was good enough for a maintenance workout, but nothing serious.
Beautiful ocean view
First time here and im pretty satisfied, I would say 4.5 stars.. Clean, safe, comfortable, friendly, private, hospitable, fashionable (great backdrops for photos), and fresh looking. My only complaint would be the bathroom, nice and all but the water pressure is NOT strong as it should be. They sent the engineer to the room to look at it but I didnt have time to give. I would stay there again .. the location is nice and also convenient.

The roof was leaking, there was a bucket placed right in the wall way TK catch the water, the room a WERENT the cleanest, I’m not sure when they last painted but the paint was all over the place.the outdoor area was nice but inside 4/10 the rooms were awful
The Pool and grounds were very nice. The location was terrific. Outside the two likes, not much else to say good about this property. The rooms are dated but nice size. The service is way below average. No food service on property that comes from the property. What I mean is they send out for food so it takes forever. Lack of staffing everywhere. Need a food program and bar to stay open longer, only one bar pool bar closes at 8pm. Lazy employees cost me an extra $75.00 on cost of cabana by not taking my reservation and referring me to an off property website, management did not make that situation right. Overall average property with a terrific pool area.

I liked the room size, we had a great garden view straight out to the ocean. There is no restaurant on site, they do partner with the Ritz Carlton next door, but they do not have room service. The pool area is much smaller than pictured. Direct access to the beach is a big plus and they have bicycle rentals which are free for the first 2hours.
