This place is in a great location but extremely old and dirty. The lobby and bar are nice but once you get into the room it’s filthy with carpet that has not been replaced in 25 years and a bathroom that has mold growing with a bathtub that has been painted over and over. Would not stay here ever again, really dirty place - just disgusting.
I've enjoyed my stay at the Cadillac four times over the last several years. While I'm always impressed by the pools and beach this time I was particularly pleased with the food that was served. The food and drinks were all fresh and delicious! I also love the new super chic coffee shop in the lobby.
Exceptional customer service, clean rooms, great location, multiple dining options, 2 pools and an outdoor hot tub, overall - excellent and would definitely stay again. Things to be improved upon: hot tub was closed for a whole day for maintenance, mixed drinks outside had very little alcohol for how expensive they were.
Facilities are worn - toilet did not flush, carpets soiled, etc
Wesley Ernie and Nina were fanatZtic behind the bar T bungalow. The whole staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great Location and property small but just right for everything you want to enjoy at a resort. private beach is nice with crystal blue waters...pool is small though. The staff is overworked it seems or may be its too busy a period when we went. Very slow check in and Check out. Overall I would recommend this property.
