These rooms need to be soundproofed. You can hear everything your neighbors say/do. The rooms are a little outdated and bedding is tired.
The phone in my room never worked - When I had to call the front desk it was from my cellphone and most of the time will never pick up. The AC in my room will no go lower than 70F, asked several times for body wash and never came. You come into the lobby and the music is so loud you can’t even hear what the receptionist was telling me.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The only thing I wished that they would had was a microwave in the rooms, but other than that great place to stay.
I would not recommend staying here if given an option. The only things I liked were the location and the dinning. The service was very bad although keep in mind I stayed during a very busy weekend where the hotel was operating at capacity. Every time I waited for the elevator I waited for like 10 mins and it took incredibly long for every interaction with the staff weather dinning, checking in or out, or anything else. I waited a the hotel bar for ten minutes and the bar tender did not even take my order. There were only two other people dinning at the bar too. The bar tender seemed occupied like he didn't care, which I am sure the tip automatically being put in influenced the poor service. Stay elsewhere if you can.
We loved that it wasn't a fun of the mill hotel. The room was fun, the beds were so comfortable and the pool area was amazing. Make sure your balcony looks somewhere. Ours was completely blocked in. 10 feet high.
slow service at front desk, maybe not enough personel. opening restaurant at 7PM was not good.
This place was very nice. We loved the pool being on the 6th floor. The two clubs in the hotel were nice and the live music was good. Room service was pricey but the food was excellent.
One of the reasons I stayed at this hotel was the pool area. They close the pool and kick everyone out at 8pm before it even gets dark all the way. I wanted to take night pictures of the city from the pool area and be able to hang out in that area at night.
Location is good
