This was definitely one of the best travel stays I've had. Easy access to everywhere, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful. I was welcomed with two FREE complimentary drinks, there was a full breakfast every morning, and we were literally a block away from the beach. For the price you pay, this is an incredible value. Staff during check-in was incredibly warm and welcoming, and during check-out provided me with a place to keep my bags while I lounged in the area before leaving. Definitely recommend and will for sure be visiting again.
Stayed here two years in a row while attending convention and I can only say, this is the best place to stay. Great rooms and the absolute terrific location. Recommend this to anyone!
Breakfast buffet was on point. Not much seating though. Was able to use pool while we waited for our room. Staff was friendly

They have a rooftop pool with views. They have a great free breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, potaotoes, pancakes/waffles, fruit.........buffet style. All the bottled water you want, just ask at the front desk. Beach towels. Two free tasty drinks at their bar per stay. Rooms at the Villa where we stayed are big, especially for South Beach. Didn't check if there was a gym, but I got my workouts playing volleyball and dancing.
The staff and breakfast were awesome! They upgraded us to a bigger room in the other tower, beds were comfy. Rooms were a little spartan and tile floor so sand and dirt stick to your feet. Tower/pool elevator was broken or difficult to use half the time. Love the location and it was clean and comfortable

Stayed here for four nights while attending nearby convention. Great accommodations, terrific staff, nice breakfast option and yes, they even have a house cat roaming the grounds!

The hotel is average on every front and below average room. The room i was in was old and not maintained from plumbing to paint. In two days I had maintenance come three times. And the WiFi was the worst, which was not great when I had to dip into work zooms. For Miami it’s a cheaper hotel but it’s still not cheap. I was in Miami for 5 nights and booked my first two nights here. I wanted to see what the place was like before extending, which I’m really glad I did. I moved to a nicer (more expensive) hotel on day 3. Sometimes paying a little more and getting nice, clean, updated room and surround is what you need for a nice vacation.

Small Boutique style hotel on Collins Ave. Very small Elevator. Lobby was very nice. Our room was large and comfortable. Noise at night from outside was I guess to be expected. All of the staff were friendly.
Great little spot right in the heart of it all. I was only in town for a short time and needed to stay close to everything I needed to get to. The beach and Ocean Drive is a 2 mins walk and the main heart of south beach is 5 mins away. My room was clean and spacious and staff was lovely. Even tho it's on Collins, it was quiet and private. Will be back here!
