Great room, staff was great, food was just okay and could get same at local franchise. Enjoyed the pool area but didn’t stay in the water too long once we saw all the mold area the walls and drains. Felt like the pool area bar should be open,
The stay was amazing including the staff. I loved the the bar and the food and great rooftop pool. Would definitely come again
Getting from the parking garage to the front desk was a big problem.
This property needs an update, the room and the hallways were not up to date to be in that area.
We stayed here for one night before our cruise and we were not impressed. Do not stay here unless you want to wait for an elevator for 15 minutes to get to and from your room. We also got stuck in the parking garage elevator for 15 minutes, our air conditioning didn’t work in our room and it sounded like the people above us were going to come crashing through the ceiling.
Stayed here 3 nights and i loved it. Cozy, clean, modern, they have big windows, view from the 20th story was amazing. Hotel is located in North side of Downtown Miami, next to monorail station so you can take free monorail ride and go to Downtown or Brickell
I loved Maggie in room service and Jose and Ken at the front desk
