Probably a good value for a 20-something looking to party, but electronic music that vibrated the building until 4am is not my jam. Front desk staff were nice, and helpful with luggage and transportation Our room was a closet, and smelled like a sauna.

The rooms are not worth to pay $$$! The are scammer!I fully paid all hotel stays cost ,but when I check out I have been charged extra under name of resort fee!!! Never stay this hotel,loud music all over the building till 3 am! Smell weed all building .stay away from this hotel

The rooms are so small that there was no dresser for clothes or lighting for the room. The bathroom access was blocked by a toilet. The window faced the DJ booth which has a pool party from midnight to 4 am literally outside the window so it is nearly impossible to sleep. The single elevator was out of service at times. It is a beautiful location and the manager was very helpful and nice when we checked out early after only 1 night. Unless you are under 30 AND looking to party until dawn, there are better choices on Ocean.
The music is very loud and you can hear from your room.
If you or any other women traveling alone together. They are scamming women out of their money. Please keep all receipts from the hotels, period😡😡😡😡😡
Booked an oceanfront suite…arrived and told the entire floor was under renovation, even though it’s still available for booking the week after. So we were moved to the Essex House which is $200 cheaper and they won’t refund our money! Roach in the bathroom, obviously it’s Florida but still. Do better!
Great place if you like being right in the middle of the action. Staff is wonderful. This was our 2nd time staying there. Only complaint is that the suites don't have a mini fridge.
If you want to sleep at all, this is not the place for you. Loud party 24-7 right outside our window. The base rattled everything in the room. Nothing in the VERY tiny room worked. The pool was non-existent. The beds were clean and the staff was friendly. That is the only good thing I can say about this place.

The Clevlander is pretty gross overall. The lobby smells. The rooms are dirty, and the entire property feels like it’s about to fall apart. Stay away.
