The room wasn't the cleanest. Damaged trim and caulk everywhere. Towels looked as though the came from the pool area, not a quality bath towel. Laundry machine took money, asked for more towels for family of 5, NO RESPONSE all 3 days. The staff at valet parking were were nice and did a great job
On the beach front. Looks nice but the room inside was just ok. Interior Seems dated. Valet parking only. Make sure parking is included while booking, else costs $36/day.
It’s hit or miss. We stayed in one apartment and it was nice. The next time the apartment was huge but on the worn down side. The people at the desk is hit or miss too. Some can be ok then some can be rude. Valet is convenient and each time of interaction was pleasant.
This felt like a college dorm. Very run down and dated. The walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbor's conversations. Not very family friendly, as I was traveling with two kids. There was no alarm clock or kleenex in the room, which almost all hotel rooms have! There was no check out process either, so, I told the front desk we were leaving. They didn't communicate that with housekeeping, as I got a text, yelling at me to vacate the room, hours after check out. That offended me. Would recommend this property for college kids with a budget.
The location was great at North Beach. Far enough away from the crazy spring break stuff but close enough for an Uber ride to things. The building needs updates, our room needed updates (holes in wall, marks on walls and disrepair). You are paying for the Beach and pool. There's not much around the area, except some hidden restaurants in surrounding condos. This is more of a residential area which was fine for us. Just be aware that this property is not fancy, has all the amenities needed and the views were great!
In general it was a good price deal, however the room had an incredible strong cigarette smell… once inside you get use to it but not healthy specially having children with us. Beds are not so comfortable. Beach and location in general is great!
I did not like that the thermostat did not work so it was freezing through the night. Then in the am when I went to take a shower there was absolutely no cold water to cool down the scorching hot water. There was no iron available. I liked the kitchen area but unit needs to be updated
Do not stay here. The property isnt maintained. Its dirty and run down. The pics you see are actually of the designer suites not Mia rentals rooms in the same hotel. The manager of the property was unprofessional and rude. Upon arrival there was a leak coming from the room above into the shower. She told us just go in and take a shower... i asked would you want to shower with unknown liquid dripping from above your head? She said well i cant get maintenance there untill 9 am tomorrow. Which he didnt even get there till 1030. I contacted orbitz and she lied about what time it is locally. She said maintenance isnt coming out because it was 1230AM when in fact it was 9 pm. The room had not been properly cleaned. There was still food in the fridge from the previous people who stayed. The floors had not been swept or mopped. I was told she would meet me in the lobby to discuss compensation for the 1st night. She never showed. Dont waste your time or money giving it to this slum lord of a property rental
The property was great. the hours of the store and cafe were pretty short though for actual use. sunday we stayed at the pool to drink and relax after the beach and another guest spiked my first drink at the pool. i was completely out and my girlfriends got me up to the room almost having to carry me. turns out the guy and the two girls he was with were staying in the room across the hall. we left early the next morning and they left before us so there was no one to warn. i hope they look at the reservations and find who was staying across from us to note for future stays.

This is the perfect location, beach is just outside and the pool is right next to it. Pool could use a little upgrade but the hotel is very nice! It has internet, fridge, plates, glasses and even silverware, and even free valet parking which is a ++ in Miami Beach! I will totally look for it next time I go there!! 100% recommended
Free valet parking, pool was nice but it was 3 feet to 10 feet so not much area for mall kids. The unit was nice but no way to vent steam from the bathroom and the space could use more furniture. Also i could smell cleaner from another unit coming in the vent very strong. But otherwise there was a small kitchenette 2 queen beds, nice view, good location
