The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It was hard to find my room number and the guy at the front desk didn't do a very good job of explaining where it was. Each time I called this property the phone was never answered. Very annoying.
at 3am there was a party at the pool with loud people.. call fromt dest they never answer.. kept trying.. for 1 hr.. until finlally they pick up.. they say they will look into it.. not until like 430am.. someone quiet them down. not good!!!
Nice staff. Very near to the airport. Free shuttle from airport and to the cruise port.

Definitely not a "premium" facility and the property shows some age but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It’s to expensive for what you get. The installations are really old. They need to remodel the bathrooms! No vending machine for water. No wifi in the room. No connexions to charge the phone near the nightstands. No lift to a second floor and nobody that help with luggage. It’s a hotel near to the airport. People go with luggage.
The hotel is OK, but it doesn't have WIFI. For me this is a deal-breaker. Especially since my cell phone signal is very weak in the room. Would not stay here again.

False statement about complementary breakfast. Property does not have restaurant as advertised. Front desk personnel should improve costumer service.
