Tons of construction around property. Revlserved a balcony room a month before stay. The hotel gave away my room and inwqs told they would make it right. Then came back and said its on Orbitz not them.

First I will start with a positive, Jenifer (the GM) was so kind & nice. The lobby is clean but dated. We booked a room with a King size bed and ocean view unfortunately our room was on the 2nd floor and we looked right at large construction equipment doing sand/beach restoration. The work began every morning at 8 am. The room was very very dated. The curtains did not completely cover the window. All of our clothes smelled like mildew that we hung up in closet. We would have changed hotels and lost our money but by the time we had checked in we could not find any other availibility. Also there is only public parking in a lot across the street which you have to use a park app & pay every day. I cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting and not clean. The elevator was broken and we had to lift out 50 pound suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. The hotel is absolutely filthy and nothing like what they show online. I would never stay here again. We did not even sleep in the hotel it was so dirty. We had to pay for a new hotel because the filth and stains everywhere.
