I booked a pool view junior suite and it was not a pool view junior suit. They didn’t have a pool at all on the property and did nothing to fix my room situation.

Cat fish lol that’s it that’s all! Ceilings leaking, red stains on carpet! Not so friendly staff except for the bellman at the door. No microwave in the hotel! Food goes to waste! I would not stay here again!

I'm inside the hotel and it reads that digital payments are not accepted, I have all the information. I paid 225 dollars and have been here since 4:00 am trying to get in. this is absurd the hotel does not accept digital payments

The pool area at the hotel is closed until further notice. The hotel looks weathered and slightly decrepit. My room smelled strongly of air freshener. The bathroom was super basic with bad lighting.
