We had a couple of nights stay here before Christmas. The staff are all delightful and so helpful. Especially the deputy manager. I had had a hip replacement so they changed our room to a ground floor room without us having to ask. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Having mince pies on the reception desk was a nice festive touch. As other reviews have said the place is spotless and we had a very comfortable stay.

Nice room very clean tiny shower room I’m not small so a bit of a tight squeeze free parking a bonus. About a 20 minute walk to city centre. For what we paid we got really good value for money Liverpool
