Hotel lied about my reservation being canceled to charge me almost double the price from my reservation on Hotels.com. Reservation cancelled, how? No emails or calls? App stating that my reservation was active and if I wanted to cancel would have to pay a penalty. Acting in bad faith to take advantage of customers during peak times. Hotel never honored the price and only offered a $20 discount, what a joke.
