The space offered is a private guest house at the rear of the owner's homestead. It is like a country cabin; a studio layout with complete kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and stacked washer/dryer. There is plenty of parking and outdoor living space. The Cabin is an ancillary dwelling to a 100 year old bungalow in the middle of Austin; walking distance to many quality restaurants, Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake, and so much more!
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Wonderful stay!
Doug’s cabin was the perfect place for our weekend visit! It was comfortable and well-set up, and we appreciated having the small kitchen. The bed was also very comfortable. It’s also a fantastic location, close to almost everything we wanted to do, but we especially loved walking over to Zilker for a long walk to start each morning. We’d love to stay here again!

Comfortable place in great location!
