This 7.5 acre memorial to America's longest serving President and one of the 20th Century's most important figures sits on the Tidal Basin and offers a fascinating look at America during the Great Depression and World War II. This stop is usually combined with the Martin Luther King Memorial and your guide will tell you interesting facts as you tour both scenic spots. Combined duration of both is approximately 30 minutes.

The spectacular statuary and moving quotes plus unique landscaping on the Tidal Basin make the MLK Memorial a favorite in any season. Korean War Veterans Memorial
