After a short introductory tasting, you'll become a winemaker for a day: you'll experiment with different wine bases, create your own personal blend, and discover how a label is born. Once you've chosen your wine, you'll bottle it, put on a cork and capsule, and come up with the name and label. The experience ends with a convivial lunch of local produce and organic Chianina beef raised on the farm.
